Another Monday nigh portrait.


I'm back from the Portrait Society of America Conference. I had a great time and met a lot of great people! As shown in this photo by Garth Herrick, it was an exhilarating experience to accept a Certificate of Excellence in front of 800 people and share a stage with the other certificate winners.

And last but not least, I have a show of 30 paintings going up in Bristol, RI this Friday, May 13th until July 6th at the Rogers Free Library and curated by the Bristol Art Museum. A selection of portraits and still lives will be on view and for sale.

    Wow congrats Rob!! Such an honor to be up there with all that talent, you definitely deserve it! I heard about this conference from someone I paint with. I would really like to check it out in Philly next year!
